ICT Project Management

ATI is a multilateral financial institution, with its headquarters in Nairobi with coverage throughout Africa, whose objective is to promote trade and investments in the African Region by reducing the business risks and costs of doing business in Africa through provision of insurance, reinsurance and co-insurance to cover political and credit risks and other financial products. The primary classes of risks covered include Credit Risk Insurance, Reinsurance, Comprehensive Non-payment and Political Risk Insurance.

Provide ICT project management services for and underwriting application system. Services provided included requirements specification (business process analysis, requirements specification); procurement process (preparation of Bid documents evaluation and selection); and implementation project management.
