INNOVEX, headquartered in Dar es Salaam, is registered in the following countries:

Operationally though, INNOVEX provides services across Sub-Saharan Africa to include: Malawi, Zambia, Southern Sudan, Burundi, Congo DRC, Ethiopia and Somalia.
