Detailed Description of Actual Services Provided by INNOVEX Staff:

• Undertook overall review of the IP’s capabilities in programme implementation;
• Reviewed the capacity of human resources for project management;
• Reviewed the capacity of the IP in financial management; and
• Reviewed the procurement and supply chain.
