Application Development: Web Based M&E MIS/ Grant Management MIS/TVET MIS

Design and operationalization of an M&E system for the SDP. This included capacity building and training, design and development of a web-based M&E information system that included a TVET sub-system, M&E MIS and a grant management system for the Skills Development Fund (SDF) component of SDP. The initial phase of the work involved review of the project documents leading to development of the log frame and results framework, M&E framework and data collection and reporting templates. This was then followed by development of the application system for support the M&E function and then extended to TVET and Grant Management Information System (GMIS)
