Application Development: Web Based M&E Application System

Development of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) management information system (MIS) for one project as a pilot. The output of the consultancy to be used as a best practice for M&E MIS at project/program and agency level which would then be used as a basis for development and implementation of Sector-wide, Ministry and whole-of-Government M&E systems. The M&E MIS components were financial planning, financial management and accounting, procurement planning, procurement tracking and contract management and monitoring and evaluation of the indicators.
